Boot Camp

January 4th-February 17th 
Monday & Wednesday 6:30 p.m.
  Not for the faint of heart! These workouts could include anything from running, calisthenics, pushups, abdominal work, all with bursts of cardio!! This class will be sure to challenge you to your full potential. This class is coed.
  $30 for 7 week session (non-members $60) 
  Class size limited to 14

Cardio FIT

January 4-April 9.
Tuesday & Thursday 5:45 a.m. or 9:00 a.m.
  This explosive cardio class is coed and designed to get your heart rate up. Everything from plyometrics, kickboxing, to core strengthening will be included in this 45 minute class. We want you to sweat!
  $60 for 14 week session ($120 non-members) 
Class size limited to 14

Females in Training $60 for 14 week session ($120 non-members)
  Class size limited to 12
  For Women ONLY!!  This 50 minute class is a full body, integrated strength training class designed to shape and tone without bulk, improve functional strength, body composition, coordination, and balance. All fitness levels are welcome.

Stretch, Tone, and Relax
Tuesday & Thursday 5:30-6:30 p.m. (Going on now)
  Free to YMCA Members!
  Available all year!
  An effective and exciting workout program for adults of all fitness levels to build strength, increase flexibility, and relieve stress. Come and experience this challenging, yet relaxing workout class. Wear comfortable clothing. Be prepared to remove shoes and socks.
  No registration required.
