45 minute workout is a mix that will be sure to make
you work. No plateaus allowed in this class.
This Co-Ed class will offer an intense, fast-paced kickbox
mix that targets the entire body, and to keep the body
in constant change a circuit workout that combines
cardio and strength training. Plan to burn a ton
of calories, build strength and have fun too!

Co-Ed class is a 45 minute beginners running class.
You will receive guidance and instruction on all the
basics to begin a running regimen. No running
experience is needed you will learn everything from
proper footwear, hydration, injury prevention and
let’s not forget running!
This is primarily
an outdoor class.
Dress appropriately for inclement weather conditions.
(You must be able to walk for 30 minutes non-stop in
order to take this class)

This workout program is
for adults of all fitness
levels to build strength, increase flexibility, and
relieve stress.
The class is not about competition
or comparisons. Low lights and soft music will
set the tone for guided relaxation. You will learn
proper breathing techniques to release tension
and stress and truly relax.
Wear comfortable clothing. Be prepared to remove
shoes and socks.

Stretch, Tone, and Relax (STAR) class, with an emphasis on healing.
We integrate mind, body, and breath through a series of traditional
YOGA poses, while incorporating aspects of the 12 step recovery
