Aerobics Body Blast

Flex & Tone Aerobics meets on Monday/Wed/Friday mornings @ 5:45 am-6:30 am. 

Cost is $60  for members $120 for non members for 14 week session (Jan 2.-April 6)  Instructors: Jan Vansickle & Ruth Rash

This 45 minute workout is a mix that will be sure to make you work.  No plateaus allowed in this class.  This Co-Ed class will offer an intense, fast-paced kickbox mix that targets the entire body, and to keep the body in constant change a circuit workout that combines cardio and strength training.  Plan to burn a ton of calories, build strength and have fun too!  Class meets Tues/Thurs evenings @ 5:30 pm-6:20 pm. Cost is $60  for members $120 for non members for 14 week session (Jan 3.-April 5)  Class size limited to 16. Instructor: Jenny Gabriel

Cardio FIT FIT

This explosive cardio class is coed and designed to get your heart rate up. Everything from plyometrics, kickboxing, to core strengthening will be included in this 45 minute class. We want you to sweat! 

Class meets Tues/Thurs. @ 5:30 am-6:15 am OR 9: 00 am-10:45 am. Cost is $60  for members $120 for non members for 14 week session (Jan 3.-April 5) Class size limited.  Instructor: Jenny Gabriel

For Women ONLY!!  This 50 minute class is a full body, integrated strength training class designed to shape and tone without bulk, improve functional strength, body composition, coordination, and balance. All fitness levels are welcome. Cost is $60  for members $120 for non members for 14 week session (Jan 2.-April 5) Class size limited to 12.

Intro to Kickboxing Running 101

This class will be designed for beginners to intermediate participants to learn the basic steps, kicks, punches associated with kickboxing. This is a great way to kick start your cardiovascular workouts. 

Class meets Mon/Wed. @ 5:30 pm-6:15 pm. Cost is $30 for members $60 for non members for 7 week session (Jan. 2-Feb. 15). Class size limited to 16. Instructor: Sandy Smith

This Co-Ed class is a 45 minute beginners running class.  You will receive guidance and instruction on all the basics to begin a running regimen.  No running experience is needed you will learn everything from proper footwear, hydration, injury prevention and let’s not forget running!

This is primarily an outdoor class. Dress appropriately for inclement weather conditions. (You must be able to walk for 30 minutes non-stop in order to take this class)

Running 201 Stretch and Flex

Are you ready to start training for a 5K race?  If so, this is the class for you. Improve your endurance running, technique and skill in this friendly class -as long as you can run continuously for 30 minutes you can join this class. Your current speed doesn't matter. Go on! Give it a go, you're never too slow!  

Class meets Wed./Fri. @ 5:30 am-6:15 am. Cost is $30 for members $60 for non members for 7 week session (Feb. 22-April. 6). Class size limited to 12. Instructor: Sandy Smith

This class is Free to YMCA members! 

Class meets Mon/Wed/Fri. @ 9am-10 am. After each Wednesday class coffee is served in our meeting room. It's a great time to fellowship and have fun! Instructor: Ken Taylor

STAR (Stretch, Tone, and Relax) STAR Recovery

This workout program is for adults of all fitness levels to build strength, increase flexibility, and relieve stress. The class is not about competition or comparisons.  Low lights and soft music will set the tone for guided relaxation. You will learn proper breathing techniques  to release tension and stress and truly relax.   Wear comfortable clothing.  Be prepared to remove shoes and socks.

This is an adaptation of  Stretch, Tone, and Relax (STAR) class, with an emphasis on healing. We integrate mind, body, and breath through a series of traditional YOGA poses, while incorporating aspects of the 12 step recovery program. All Fitness levels are welcome.

Zumba
Zumba combines Latin and pop music with dance movements. As you move to the music, you will transition from toning, strengthing and cardio as you target every major muscle group in the body!
